Performance Schedule

Ticketing

General admission is $18.00. Children 5 and under are free.

Anyone can purchase tickets offered by Park Vista High School on the GoFan site.

Parking for spectators will be $5 cash only. Parking for buses, trucks, and general admission are geographically separated across the campus. No spectators should park in the equipment or bus staging area. Entrance to school is from Northtre Blvd, on the north side of the school not from Jog Rd. 


Venue Policies

Stadium and Seating

Only clear bags are permitted into the stadium (outside of performance). If a bag is larger than a wallet or 4”x6” wristlet,  it must be clear, or it will not be allowed into the stadium. This rule applies to all attendees, including students.  

Parking

Parking for spectators will be $5 cash only. Parking for buses, trucks, and general admission are geographically separated across the campus. No spectators should park in the equipment or bus staging area. Entrance to school is from Northtree Blvd, on the north side of the school, not from Jog Rd. 

Weather Contingency 

In the event of a contest delay due to excessive heat, lightning, thunder, or rain exceeding a light drizzle, bands will stage in the  Gymnasium and will be judged from a standstill musical performance.  

First-Aid  

There will be a First Aid station located next to the Band Performance exit gate. Any student needing First Aid must be  accompanied by a chaperone or Director. There will be local police, fire-fighters, and ambulance on-site in the event of an  emergency.  


Concessions / Merchandise

Concession items will be available for purchase throughout the entire contest day. All concession items will have a number of  tickets associated with them (ex. a hot dog = 4 tickets), which can be purchased on-site. Concessions are cash only!  

Band Meals  

Bands have the option to purchase Pre-Ordered Meals to help you avoid concessions lines. Directors can pre-order meals for  the band using a link provided to them.

Band Grams 

Band Grams are sweet notes to show appreciation and encouragement for a band before they take the field for performance.  Anyone can send notes to be read as announcements from the Press Box just prior to a band entering the field. Band Grams  can be purchased for $3.00 each, $5.00 for two, and can only be purchased on-site on the day of the Invitational.  

Band Buttons and Shirts  

Performing groups will have the opportunity to have their band logo displayed on buttons that contain pin clasps. Buttons can  only be purchased on-site on the day of the competition, and are unique to each band.  

Shirts will also be sold with all the performing groups listed. The shirts will be sold on-site and are limited in quantity!

Judging Panel


Thank you to all of our excellent judges for providing an exceptional level of feedback. Bands will receive expert judge critiques that will unquestionably lead to improvement and success. The judges at this event are the best in the business, providing insightful and constructive feedback that will help take your marching band to the next level.

Our event-day volunteers will be recognizable in blue Park Vista Band Parent Volunteer shirts, and our Band Guides will be in their blue Park Vista Band polo shirts.
